Jacobsen + Confurius

OUR LAW FIRM

Our law firm was established in the late 1970s. Shared study pathways and academic research activities form the basis of our law firm today.

In 1984, Dr. Kay Jacobsen and Dr. Per-Ulrich Diehl teamed up to establish a general civil and commercial law practice. In 1997, Manfred Confurius and Andreas Breezmann founded the labour law firm, Confurius & Breezmann. In 1998, the two law firms merged and became Jacobsen + Confurius.

Today, the law firm has a clear specialist profile, focusing on labour, commercial and civil law as well as transactions – small enough to work quickly unhampered by bureaucracy and big enough to assist clients with interdisciplinary and international aspects.
